The classics - vanilla, chocolate, confetti, marble or butter yellow

Specialty flavors - lemon, red velvet, carrot, browned butter, pistachio, pineapple, banana, spice cake, or seasonal flavors.

Filling options

-Fruit fillings (preserves/reductions)-

strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, mixed berry, lemon, peach, cherry

-decadent fillings-

chocolate ganache, caramel, Oreo crunch, golden Oreo crunch, strawberry crunch, raspberry crunch, turtle, Snickers, candied nut crunch, salted caramel cashew, marble swirl, s'mores, or any candy or cookie themed fillings.

Frosting options

Sugar High's Signature Buttercream, classic American Buttercream (sweetest Option), swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate buttercream, chocolate fudgey frosting, cream cheese frosting, chocolate ganache, classic or golden Oreo buttercream and seasonal flavors.

••please note that the frosting choice will not affect the outer design of the cake unless specifically requested••

Certain flavors of cake, filling or frosting choices will be an additional charge depending on ingredients required to complete your request.

STENCILED CAKES

What is a stenciled cake ?

A stenciled cake is a cake option that I offer if you are wanting something a little less custom, or somewhat last minute but still delicious and beautiful. A classic birthday cake but upgraded a bit with an elegant "Happy Birthday" stencil and your choice of up to 3 colors to include in the design to ensure that personal touch

**All cakes will be frosted with my signature buttercream for the exterior design**

classic chocolate - Rich chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling

claissic birthday cake-classic confetti cake with Signature buttercream speckled with rainbow sprinkles.
